Rule 2:402. RELEVANT EVIDENCE GENERALLY ADMISSIBLE; IRRELEVANT EVIDENCE INADMISSIBLE

(a) General Principle . All relevant evidence is admissible, except as otherwise provided by Court of Virginia, or other evidentiary principles. Evidence that is not relevant is not admissible.

(b) Results of Polygraph Examinations . T he results of polygraph examinations are not admissible.
