Rule 25A. Withdrawal of plea

A request to withdraw an admission or a plea of no contest made pursuant to Utah Code section 80-6-306 shall be made within 30 days after entering an admission or a plea of no contest, even if the court has imposed disposition. If the court has not imposed dispositional orders, such orders shall not be announced unless the motion to withdraw is denied.
