Rule 4.7. Review by Supreme Court - Procedure

A copy of any petition or motion to the Supreme Court of the State of Rhode Island regarding any order or decree of the Workers' Compensation Court shall be filed with the Workers' Compensation Court by the petitioner/movant and contemporaneously with the Clerk of the Supreme Court. A copy of the order of the Supreme Court granting or denying any writ of certiorari or motion shall forthwith be filed with the Workers' Compensation Court by the attorney for the prevailing party.
