Rule 2.8. Continued Case Status

All attorneys having a continued matter scheduled for hearing between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. shall present themselves between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the day assigned for hearing and apprise the judge and/or the Judge's clerk as to the status of the particular matter before the judge on that day. All attorneys having a matter scheduled for hearing between 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. shall present themselves no later than 1:30 p.m. on the day assigned for hearing to apprise the judge and/or the judge's clerk as to the status of the matter.
