Rule 2.20. Decrees

The court shall prepare an appropriate decree and a copy thereof, and present the same for entry within the time provided by law. A copy of the proposed decree shall be sent to the attorneys of record and any unrepresented parties at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to entry thereof, and an appropriate certificate to that effect shall appear on the decree presented for entry.
