Rule 2.10. Examination and Cross-Examination

The examination and crossexamination of any witness shall be conducted by only one (1) attorney for each party. The attorney shall stand while so examining or cross-examining, and while addressing the judge, unless, for satisfactory reasons, the judge presiding at the trial shall suspend this rule in a particular case.
