Rule 1.1. Adoption of Rules - Application

The provisions contained in these Rules of Practice shall take effect when approved by the Rhode Island Supreme Court, and shall be cited as W.C.C.-R.P. These rules shall be applicable to all matters pending on the day of approval and such matters as may be filed with the court thereafter.
