Rule 53. Miscellaneous Matters

Miscellaneous matters under the jurisdiction of the court pursuant to G.L. 1956 §§ 14-1-60, 14-6.2-1, et seq., 15-2-11, 16-2-17, 23- 4.7-6, 40.1-5-8, 42-35-15(b), 42-73-7, or otherwise shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable enabling statute, administrative order, or as directed by the chief judge or the chief judge's designee.
