Rule 31. Appeals from judgments in cases referred to auditors

When a case is referred to an auditor and a final judgment is entered upon the report of the auditor by the Superior Court without a jury trial, a party aggrieved may appeal such judgment in the same manner as an appeal from a judgment in a civil action heard on the merits by the Superior Court without a jury.
