Rule 234.7. Form of Notice to Attend

The notice to attend required by Rule 234.3(a) shall be substantially in the following form: (Caption)NOTICE TO ATTENDTo : (Name(s) of Party/Parties)

(2) And bring with you the following: If you fail to attend or to produce the documents or things required by this notice to attend, you may be subject to the sanctions authorized by Rule 234.5 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.
