Rule 20.03. Misdemeanors or Felonies – Writs – Process – Return

Every officer to whom any writ of process or order shall be directed and delivered for service under these rules, shall make return thereof in writing, showing the time, place, and manner of service thereof, and shall sign such return and file the same in the clerk's office.
