Rule 9.242. Extension of Time

For good cause shown, the commission or its chairperson may extend for periods not to exceed 28 days the time for the filing of an answer, for the commencement of a hearing before the commission, for the filing of the neutral’s report, and for the filing of a statement of objections to the report of a neutral.
