Rule 8-505. Briefs—Indigents

When the court has ordered that costs be paid by the State of Maryland pursuant to Rule 8-403 or in any case in which a party to the appeal is represented by the Public Defender, that party's brief, reply brief, and other documents required to be filed by that party in the appellate court shall be reproduced under the supervision of the Public Defender.
