Rule 6.603. Judgment on bond

If an appellate court affirms the judgment appealed from, it may, on motion of the appellee, enter judgment against the appellant and the sureties on the supersedeas bond for the amount of the judgment, with damages and costs, or it may remand the cause to the district court for the determination of such damages and costs and entry of judgment on the bond.
