Rule 6.501. Procedure in other proceedings

Unless otherwise ordered, the procedure in all other proceedings in the appellate courts, such as an action to invoke the supreme court’s original jurisdiction, will comply with the rules of appellate procedure to the fullest extent not inconsistent with specific constitutional or statutory provisions authorizing the proceeding.
