Rule 47. QUESTION PRESENTED

The court certifying to this Court a question of law shall formulate the question and cause the question to be certified and transmitted to this Court, together with copies of such parts of the record and briefs in the case as the certifying court deems relevant. The certification order shall also contain a designation of one of the parties as the moving party. The party designated by the certifying court as the moving party shall be 40 referred to as the appellant and the party adverse to the moving party shall be referred to as the appellee.
