Rule 43. RECORD

Upon receiving a copy of the notice of docketing of the petition for certiorari from the Clerk of this Court, the Clerk of the Court of Appeals shall transmit a certified copy of the Court of Appeals' opinion and judgment to the Supreme Court. Upon the request of the Supreme Court or upon the grant of certiorari, the Clerk of the Court of Appeals shall prepare the record of the case for use by the Supreme Court. Upon disposition, the paper record, if any, shall be returned to the Court of Appeals. 39
