Rule 62-816.004. Communications to the Governing Body

After a proposal has been formally submitted for funding under the conditions described herein, all communications to the Trust governing body regarding any proposal under consideration shall either be in writing and mailed or delivered to all members of the governing body, mailed or delivered to the Program Manager for distribution to all members of the governing body, or be presented in writing or orally to the governing body in a public meeting of the Trust.
