Rule 61N-2.032. Application for Certificate of Free Sale

A current product registration holder wishing to obtain a Certificate of Free Sale for their product shall submit a complete application to the department on Form DBPR-DDC-239, Application for Certificate of Free Sale, effective January 2018, incorporated herein by reference, http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-09055, together with the appropriate fees.
