Rule 61K1-3.006. Contracts Between Managers and Participants
(1) All contracts entered into between a manager and a participant shall utilize Form BPR-0009-451, “Letter of Agreement Between Participant and Manager,” (06/23), adopted and incorporated herein by reference, which may be obtained from the Commission office, http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-17233 or at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/pro/sbc/documents/451_letter_of_agreement_part_and_man.pdf.
