Rule 61J2-4.009. Incorporation by Reference

All of the provisions and requirements of Rules 61J2-5.014 through 61J2-5.018, F.A.C. shall apply to partnerships and its partners so far as they may be made applicable by reading into them “partnership” for “corporation” and “partners” for “officers” or “directors.” Rulemaking Authority 475.05 FS.
