Rule 61J2-20.051. Authorized Signatures on Final Orders

A Final Order of the Commission may be signed by either the chairperson or vice chairperson of the Commission or the Division Director. Serving on a probable cause panel does not preclude the chairperson or the vice chairperson from signing a Final Order of the Commission. Rulemaking Authority 475.05 FS.
