Rule 61G7-5.003. Written Declaration to Financial Statements

Quarterly financial statements submitted to the Board by an employee leasing company shall be accompanied by a completed Board Form DBPR EL-4503, Employee Leasing Company Written Declaration to Financial Statements, effective 2/2018, incorporated herein by reference and available at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-09172 or http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/pro/emplo/forms.html.
