Rule 61G4-18.011. Continuing Education Courses Required by Disciplinary Action

(1) Courses approved under Rules 61G4-18.001-.011, F.A.C., shall be accepted as compliance with final orders of the board requiring continuing education.

(2) The certificates of completion of such courses shall be forwarded to the executive director of the board within the time limits stated in the final order. Rulemaking Authority 489.108, 489.115 FS. Law Implemented 489.115 FS. History–New 12-2-93.
