Rule 61G4-18.006. Course Syllabus

(1) Each course shall have a course syllabus which will specify the name of the course, the number of the course assigned by the board, the name and address of the course provider and a description or outline of the contents of the course.

(2) Each person who registers for a course must be given the course syllabus prior to the beginning of the course. The syllabus may be distributed when the person registers their attendance at the course. Rulemaking Authority 489.108, 489.115 FS. Law Implemented 489.115 FS. History–New 12-2-93.
