Rule 61G19-7.006. Program Syllabus

(1) Each program provider shall prepare a program syllabus for each training program to be provided. The syllabus shall state the name of the provider of the program, the program number assigned by the Department, the name and address of the program provider.

(a) Training programs that offer continuing education as a component shall list the Board-approved continuing education course or courses or the detailed outline of the Board Approved course or courses, the classroom/OJT schedule, achievement benchmarks, qualifications of on the job training (OJT) trainers, and method of documentation of training.

(b) Training programs that do not offer continuing education as a component shall provide a topical outline listing all subject matter taught, the classroom/OJT schedule, achievement benchmarks, qualifications of OJT trainers, and method of documentation of training.

(2) Prior to the program, the program provider shall give a program syllabus to each person who registers for the program. Rulemaking Authority 468.606 FS. Law Implemented 468.609 FS. History–New 12-28-00, Amended 5-17-17.
