Rule 61G19-6.0085. Florida Principles and Practice

An applicant for licensure under this part shall satisfactorily complete the Florida laws and rules (Principles and Practice) exam with a passing grade of 70% or higher. An applicant shall not have to take that exam again provided the applicant has previously passed that exam and maintained continuous Florida licensure. Rulemaking Authority 468.606 FS.
