Rule 61G19-10.002. Change of Status Fee
Amended May 6, 1996 (current)
(1) Active. The fee for reactivation of an inactive status license shall be $5.00.
(2) Inactive. A licensee shall pay an inactive status fee of $5.00 when the licensee applies for inactive status at any time other than at the beginning of licensure cycle. Specific Authority 455.271 FS. Law Implemented 455.271 FS. History–New 10-25-95, Amended 5-6-96.
