Rule 61G18-12.008. Reactivation Fee

The fee for reactivation of an inactive status license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) and the active renewal fee of two hundred and sixty dollars ($260.00), as set forth in Rule 61G18-12.005, F.A.C., less the inactive renewal fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) if paid previously in the renewal cycle.
