Rule 61G14-17.006. Mediation

The Board of Pilot Commissioners has determined that violations by pilots or deputy pilots which are subject to discipline and which cause harm which is economic in nature and are therefore appropriate for mediation are failure to timely pay an administrative fine levied pursuant to subsection 61G14-17.004(2), F.A.C., and failure to reach an agreement concerning deputy pilot compensation pursuant to subsection 61G14-13.001(10), F.A.C.
