Rule 61G10-10.012. Definitions

(1) For the purposes of section 455.207(4), F.S. The Board defines “other business involving the board” as,

(a) all regularly scheduled meetings of Board committees, and

(b) whenever a board member has been requested by the Secretary or the Department staff to participate in a meeting.

(2) Principal officers as specified in section 481.319(1)(a), F.S., shall be defined as:

(a) President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer of the corporation; or
