Rule 61A-1.01017. Educational Seminars

Manufacturers and distributors may host instructional programs relating to alcoholic beverage products, alcoholic beverage laws and regulations, or responsible service and sales of alcoholic beverages. During seminars, manufacturers and distributors may give vendors and vendor’s employees or agents, instructional materials, snacks, beverages, meals, and tours of a manufacturer’s or distributor’s facility. Manufacturers and distributors shall not pay for or provide lodging or transportation to or from seminars to any vendor, vendor’s employee or agent. Rulemaking Authority 561.11, 561.42 FS.
