Rule 10. Form of pleadings, motions and other papers

Motions and other papers may be printed or typed and reproduced by any duplicating or copying process which produces a clear black image on opaque unglazed white paper not exceeding 81/2" x 11". Motions and papers may also be filed as otherwise authorized by statute, court rule, or administrative order. A motion shall contain a caption setting forth the name of the Court, the caption of the case, the case number, the date of filing and a brief descriptive title indicating the purpose of the paper.
