Rule 58. Fees and costs

A. The fees and costs in all criminal actions in the Court of Common Pleas shall be as follows:

(1) Non-Jury Case — $55.00 per charge

(2) Jury Case — $135.00 per charge

(3) Capias — $20.00 per defendant

(4) Appeals to Superior Court — $50.00 per defendant

(5) Appeals from lower Court — $125.00 per case

(6) Bad Check — $30.00 per returned check

(7) Sheriff's Costs — per Sheriff's return on individual cases

(8) Court Security Assessment — $10.00 per charge

(9) Credit Card Chargebacks — $30.00 per transaction B. NON-FEE CHARGES

(1) Copy charge (maximum per page) — $5.00

(2) Certified copy of any document — $10.00

(3) Closed file retrieval — $25.00
