Rule 113. Masters

The Court shall have authority in any case pending in the Court of Common Pleas to appoint a Master pro hac vice in such case. The procedure governing cases assigned to Masters will follow the civil rules of procedure of the Superior Court applicable to Masters unless modified by this Court.
