Rule 89. Bonds of Fiduciaries

Each bond filed in the Court of Chancery after December 1, 1969, shall be in the form and manner prescribed by the Court and submitted to the Register in Chancery or filed electronically. History. Added, effective Oct. 31, 1969; amended, Jan. 15, 2021, effective Jan. 29, 2021.
