Rule 205. Probate Procedure Not Specified

In any instance where the probate procedure is not specifically prescribed by statute or a probate procedure rule, the procedure shall conform to the general practice in the Court of Chancery under the other Rules of the Court of Chancery insofar as practical. In the absence of any applicable statute or rule, the Court may proceed in any lawful manner. History. Added, effective Dec. 25, 1974.
