Rule 189. Filing Petition Prior to Proof of Will

No petition for Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration with Will Annexed shall be filed with the Register of Wills until the will has been proved. History. Added, effective Dec. 25, 1974; amended, effective Nov. 1, 1975.
