Rule 138. Proceedings to be Transcribed

All proceedings before the Magistrate in Chancery shall be transcribed by a stenographer selected by the Magistrate in Chancery except in proceedings not involving the submission of evidence if agreed to by the parties and approved by the Magistrate in Chancery. The Magistrate in Chancery shall fix the compensation of such stenographer and apportion the cost of such transcription among the parties. History.
