Rule 34a-17. Memorandum of Law—Motion and Objection

(a) Each motion to strike must be accompanied by an appropriate memorandum of law citing the legal authorities upon which the motion relies.

(b) Any adverse party who objects to this motion shall, at least five days before the date the motion is to be considered on the short calendar, file and serve in accordance with Sections 10-12 (a) and

(c) , 10-13, 10-14 and 10-17 a memorandum of law.
