Rule 34a-14. Response to Summary of Facts

In addition to the entry of a pro forma plea of denial, a parent, legal guardian, child or youth may, within thirty days of the plea date, file a written response to the summary of facts attached to the petition specifying that certain allegations in said summary of facts are irrelevant, immaterial, false or otherwise improper.
