Rule 43-12. Role of Prosecuting Authority at Sentencing when There Was a Plea Agreement

Where, as part of a plea agreement, the prosecuting authority has agreed to make representations or recommendations to the judicial authority regarding a defendant, or has made other agreements relating to the disposition of the charges against the defendant, it shall disclose to the judicial authority such representations or recommendations or any other terms of the plea agreement relevant to sentencing.
