Rule 37-8. Plea of Guilty or Nolo Contendere

A plea of guilty or nolo contendere shall be entered in accordance with Sections 39-1 and 3918. If the case is to be continued for sentencing, the judicial authority shall set a date for the sentencing hearing and, if necessary, order a presentence investigation.
