Rule 21-5. Inventory

Every receiver, upon confirmation or permanent appointment, shall forthwith, and without any order therefor, prepare and file a sworn inventory of the assets of the estate, which shall contain an appraisal of each item therein, made by the appraisersappointedforsuchpurpose.Everytemporary receiver, upon original appointment, shall make an inventory, unless otherwise ordered.
