Sections 21-1 through 21-24 shall apply to receivers except as otherwise provided by law, including the Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act pursuant to Chapter 930 of the General Statutes, and Section 21-19. CHAPTER 22 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
