Rule 18-3. Costs on Creditor's Appeal

If any creditor of such an estate shall appeal from the doings or report of the commissioners in allowing the claim of any other creditor, costs, at the discretion of the judicial authority, may be taxed in favor of the prevailing party against the other. Nocosts shall beallowed againstthe estate.
