Rule 16-26. Other Instructions after Additional Instructions

If the judicial authority gives additional instructions, it also may give or repeat other instructions in order to avoid undue emphasis on the additional instructions. Additional instructions shall be governed by the procedures set forth in Section 1625 concerning exceptions.
