Rule 76-5A. Procedure upon Acceptance of Reservation

Within twenty days of issuance of the notice of an order of preliminary acceptance, the appellant shall file an appeal in accordance with Section 63-3 and Section 76-4. Any reservation under this rule may be transferred to the Supreme Court on its own motion pursuant to General Statutes § 51199 (c) or on the motion of any party pursuant to Section 65-2.
