Rule 76-1. Applicability of Rules

Except as otherwise noted in Sections 76-2 through 76-6, the practice and procedure for appeals to the Appellate Court (1) from a decision of the Compensation Review Board (board), or

(2) from a decision of an administrative law judge acting pursuant to General Statutes § 31-290a

(b) , shall conform to the rules of practice governing other appeals.
