Rule 52. Informal Probate - Separate Writings

The existence of one or more separate written statements disposing of tangible personal property under the provisions of § 15-11-513, C.R.S., will not cause informal probate to be declined under the provisions of § 15-12-304, C.R.S. 1441 Informal Probate - Separate Writings Rule 52
